Job summary

• Strong organizational and time management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain and update Jira, Confluence, and intranet project tracking.
• Monitor resource availability and allocate tasks effectively.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and global project syncs.
• Generate weekly status reports and minutes of meetings.
• Liaise with vendors and customers to track deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and escalate when needed.
• Create hardware purchase requests and track shipments.
