Glory Global Solutions in Macquarie Park, NSW, is seeking a highly organized Deployment Coordinator to join our operations team. You will oversee deployment activities across Australia & New Zealand, coordinating internal and external partners to deliver installations, relocations, and upgrades on time and to a high standard.

The role requires experience in project management or deployment programs, strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery of field product projects including installations, removals, relocations and upgrades.
• Plan, direct and coordinate activities of internal and external teams to meet project timelines.
• Obtain competitive quotes from third-party installers.
• Build strong relationships with Sales, project teams and vendors to ensure clear responsibilities.
• Gather deployment information and reflect changes in the ERP system.
• Improve processes to increase productivity and efficiency.

We are currently seeking a highly organised and driven Deployment Coordinator to join our team based in Macquarie Park. Reporting to the Operations & Deployment Manager ANZ, this position will assist in all deployment activities across Australia & New Zealand, working closely with internal and external partners in understanding project requirements and ensure deployments are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the delivery of all field related product projects, including installations, removals, relocations, and upgrades;

Planning, directing and coordinating activities of internal and external teams to ensure objectives of assigned projects are met within timelines;

Obtaining competitive quotes from third-party installers;

Developing strong relationships with stakeholders, including Sales team members, internal and external project team members and third-party vendors to ensure all partners are clear on their responsibilities to effectively execute the required activities and deliverables;

Gathering deployment information and reflecting relevant changes in our ERP system;

Improving processes to increase productivity and efficiency.

The successful applicant will possess:

Previous experience in project management or deployment programs;

Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Proven attention to detail, organisational and follow-up skills;

Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities;.

A high degree of motivation and initiative;

Willingness and ability to be available outside of standard business hours to remotely support after-hours activity as required.
