Job summary

Frontline Recruitment is seeking a Department Manager in Mackay to lead a high-performing team within a large-format retailer. You will drive department performance, maintain visual merchandising standards and stock control, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The role reports to the Store Manager and requires a passion for developing people. With a base salary of 76,000 AUD plus super and a quarterly profit share, you will join a brand known for value, quality, and a strong training

About the role

As the Department Manager you will be leading and developing a team within the stores Mackay location. You’ll take the reins and be responsible for driving performance across your department, whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting the Store Manager. As the Department Manager, you take great pride in your department, ensuring exceptional visual merchandising, effective stock management, and a consistently high standard across all areas.
