Job summary

Frontline Recruitment Group is seeking a Department Manager for our client’s Mackay store. You will lead and develop a team, drive performance across your department, and ensure an outstanding customer experience while supporting the Store Manager.

You will manage visual merchandising, stock flow and floor standards, and enjoy generous benefits including a $76,000 base salary plus super, quarterly profit share, and strong training and discount programs.

• Store management experience is highly regarded.
• Enjoys working with KPIs and targets.
• Proven experience in developing and training a team to success.
• Consistently leading by example on the shop floor.
• A passionate attitude towards being responsible for your own department.
