Job summary

Adairs Queensland is seeking a passionate Retail team member to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive our KPI targets across the store. You will lead by example, coach and train the team, and support the Store Manager with workforce planning, budgeting and rostering while analysing reports to improve customer service.
