Job summary

Frontline Recruitment Group is seeking a Department Manager for our client’s Mackay store. You will lead and develop a team, drive performance across your department, and ensure an outstanding customer experience while supporting the Store Manager.

You will manage visual merchandising, stock flow and floor standards, and enjoy generous benefits including a $76,000 base salary plus super, quarterly profit share, and strong training and discount programs.

About the role

As the Department Manager you will be leading and developing a team within the stores Mackay location. You’ll take the reins and be responsible for driving performance across your department, whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting the Store Manager. As the Department Manager, you take great pride in your department, ensuring exceptional visual merchandising, effective stock management, and a consistently high standard across all areas.
