Job summary

Spotlight Salisbury Downs is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, lead a high-volume team and drive sales with strong customer service.

You will monitor stock, implement visual merchandising standards, plan promotions and mentor staff. The role offers leadership training, a competitive salary with super, profit sharing and a team discount program.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• IT competency for store systems and reporting.
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded).

• Achieve sales growth and meet department KPI targets.
