Spotlight Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced store leader to support daily operations, drive sales and manage stock flow within a high-volume department. You will develop your team, maintain visual standards and contribute to catalogue-driven campaigns.

The role emphasizes ownership, strong communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong retail leadership experience preferred.
• Visual merchandising experience.
• Physically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the pace.
• Owner's mindset for your department.
• Passionate attitude that inspires your Team.
• Resilient & innovative problem solver.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• IT competency.
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded).
