Job summary

Spotlight Pty Ltd in Adelaide is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily operations and drive sales growth. You will manage stock, mentor a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate has strong retail leadership, visual merchandising experience, and an owner's mindset. IT competency and First Aid certification are valued, with fully funded training and a rewards-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Strong retail leadership experience preferred.
• Visual merchandising experience.
• Physically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the pace.
• Having an owner's mindset for your department.
• A passionate attitude that inspires your team.
• A resilient & innovative problem solver.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• IT competency.
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded)

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations
• Monitor daily stock recovery in your department
• Achieve sales growth and meet department KPI targetsBuild your team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Lead by example in all areas
• High volume stock management
• Executing department Visual Merchandising and standards
• Launching and planning catalogue campaigns
• Stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit
