Henry Schein, Australia’s leading dental solutions supplier, is seeking a dynamic Dental Sales professional. You will drive growth across Brisbane South, Logan and surrounding Darling Downs, building trusted partnerships with dental practices through a consultative, commercially focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, account management or customer-facing roles.
• Dental industry experience or clinical dental background is highly regarded.
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build credibility with diverse customers.
• Excellent communication, influencing and active listening skills.
• Consultative mindset with the ability to ask questions, uncover opportunities and provide solutions.
• High self-motivation, resilience and personal accountability.
• Strong organisation, time management and territory planning skills.
• Commercial acumen and ability to use data and insights to drive decisions.
• Able to work autonomously while managing your territory like your own business.

Responsabilités

• Travel within your territory to grow your portfolio and build trusted partnerships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions that create long term value.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement, grow share of wallet and win new business.
• Partner with the wider sales team and category specialists to maximise territory opportunities, delivering commercially valuable solutions while ensuring customers' needs are met across their practice.
• Collaborate with suppliers, product specialists and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
• Use customer insights, sales data and CRM tools to prioritise opportunities and drive territory growth.
• Develop and execute territory plans that maximise customer coverage, efficiency and results.
• Stay informed on market trends, industry innovations and competitor activity.
• Represent Henry Schein at customer events, exhibitions and industry forums.
• Maintain accurate customer records and leverage technology and digital tools to support success.
