Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and relationship building skills.
• Ability to influence and engage customers through meaningful conversations.
• Confidence conducting outbound sales activity and managing customer portfolios.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem solving and commercial thinking capability.
• Ability to interpret customer and sales data to identify opportunities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills highly regarded.
• Experience working with CRM systems is advantageous.
• Full unrestricted Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular phone/virtual based engagement.

• Become a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs, challenges, and goals.

• Stay informed on product offerings, market trends, and customer opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within CRM system.
