Kincumber Dental Care is a welcoming family oriented practice delivering high quality general and cosmetic dentistry. We are seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team on a full time basis, serving as the first point of contact for patients and guiding them from enquiry through treatment completion.

You will greet and check patients in/out, manage appointments, handle calls and emails, process payments and verify insurance, while maintaining confidential records and supporting

Qualifications

• Prior dental receptionist experience preferred.
• Cert III/IV in Dental Assisting beneficial but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and check them in/out.
• Manage appointments and scheduling for the practice.
• Handle phone calls, emails and enquiries.
• Process payments and manage billing enquiries.
• Maintain confidential patient records and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
