Working days vary with casual shifts across opening hours; the role involves payments, health fund claims, and coordinating appointments with the dental team.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental or medical reception.
• Experience using dental practice management software such as Dental4Windows or Exact.
• Accurate handling of payments and patient records.
• Warm, welcoming manner with patients.
• Clear and professional communication with patients and the team.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Willingness to learn new systems and develop skills.
