• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong rapport with patients.
• Previous experience in administration, business support, or customer service.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients, visitors, and staff warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression
• Manage incoming calls and schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate appointment bookings and communicate patient requirements effectively with the clinical team
• Prepare treatment plans and process payments, including health fund rebates
• Maintain accurate patient records and provide comprehensive administrative support
• Ensure the smooth operation of the clinic, including restocking supplies and adhering to occupational health and safety and infection control standards
• Work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment
