Graceville Dental Practice is seeking a warm and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to join our growing team in Brisbane. You will be the welcoming face and friendly voice, helping patients feel comfortable and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

We offer flexible full-time hours with a potential 9-day fortnight. Experience welcomed but not essential, and training is provided. Dentally software is used for practice management.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression.
• Answering phones, responding to enquiries and managing appointments.
• Maintaining an organised and efficient appointment book.
• Processing payments and health fund claims.
• Communicating with patients about appointments and treatment.
• Supporting dentists and clinical team throughout the day.
• Helping maintain a clean, welcoming practice.
• Assisting with sterilisation and clinical duties when required.
