Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and providing a warm, professional first impression
• Managing appointments, bookings, cancellations and recalls
• Answering telephone and email enquiries
• Managing the practice diary and coordinating clinician appointments
• Processing payments and private health insurance claims
• Preparing treatment estimates and discussing payment options
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Following up treatment and recall appointments
• Liaising with patients, clinicians, laboratories and suppliers
• Maintaining a professional and organised reception area
