Dental Boutique is seeking a driven Patient Coordinator for our Gold Coast clinic. You will be the warm face welcoming patients, manage their appointments, and guide the patient journey from enquiry through to treatment while supporting the clinical team.

This full-time, long-term role focuses on exceptional client experience and sales-driven outcomes, with opportunities to grow into leading consultations and driving conversions through education and relationships.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in customer service and/or sales.
• Ability to build rapport and confidently guide conversations.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs.
• Handle phone and online enquiries with confidence and care.
• Support patients through their treatment journey from initial enquiry to conversion.
• Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks efficiently.
• Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Lead patient consultations and present treatment options.
• Drive sales conversions through genuine connection and education.
