Dental Boutique in Balwyn is seeking a Patient Coordinator to welcome patients and guide them through their journey from enquiry to treatment. You will support the patient journey with a warm, professional approach and help drive successful outcomes.

The role emphasizes customer service and sales, with training at our Balwyn clinic and a focus on building relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience.

About the Role:

You’ll join us as aPatient Coordinator, becoming the warm, welcoming face of our Balwyn clinic. From day one, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while also supporting the patient journey from enquiry through to treatment.

This is acustomer service and sales-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, guiding decisions, and delivering results.

Please note:This role requiresone month of initial training at our Balwyn clinic!

What You’ll Be Doing
