Dental Boutique in Brisbane is seeking a dedicated Patient Coordinator to be the warm face of our new clinic. From day one you will help deliver an exceptional client experience and guide the patient journey from enquiry through to treatment.

This role focuses on customer service and sales, ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, guiding decisions, and delivering results in a fast-paced team environment.

Formación

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in customer service and/or sales.
• Proven ability to build rapport and confidently guide conversations.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth
• Manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs
• Handle phone and online enquiries with confidence and care
• Support patients through their treatment journey from initial enquiry to conversion
• Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks efficiently
• Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
