Delight Dental Spa Pty is seeking a driven Patient Sales & Treatment Coordinator to convert enquiries into booked consultations and move patients toward treatment. Based mainly at Eastgardens, you will handle inquiries across Eastgardens and Mascot, coordinating the intake team and maintaining accurate records.

You’ll build rapport, explain options and fees, and manage treatment coordination with ongoing coaching and performance feedback.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated results in consultative sales, phone-based conversion or appointment setting.
• Experience coordinating patient treatment or intake processes is a plus.
• Dental or healthcare/service sales background is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Convert inbound calls and online enquiries into bookings.
• Manage enquiries across Eastgardens and Mascot practices; coordinate intake team members.
• Explain consultation options, fees and payment pathways clearly to patients.
• Own the HubSpot pipeline and track results in Aircall and dashboards.
• Keep bookings, records and follow-up tasks accurate and up to date.
• Support workload allocation, training and call-quality feedback for intake team.
