Dental experience is valued, but personality and attitude matter most as you help manage inquiries, appointments and follow-ups to keep the practice running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and look after patients.
• Answer phones and manage enquiries.
• Book and coordinate appointments.
• Follow up on treatments and patient communication.
• Recall and reactivation.
• Help keep the appointment book running smoothly.
• Coordinate with dentists and clinical team.
• Help patients understand their treatment and next steps.
• Support day-to-day running of the practice.
• Look for ways to continually improve patient experience.
