1300Smiles Caloundra is seeking a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our busy practice on the Sunshine Coast. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming patient experience and ensuring smooth daily operations.

In this casual role, you will manage bookings, respond to inquiries, handle payments and coordinate with dentists and the wider team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and providing a warm, friendly first point of contact.
• Managing patient appointments, bookings and enquiries.
• Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries.
• Managing patient records and updating information.
• Processing payments and handling general administrative duties.
• Liaising with dentists, Dental Assistants and the wider practice team.
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.
• Providing an exceptional patient experience at every interaction.
