Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards and food preparation checklists
• Oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring consistent food quality and efficient service
• Support the senior chefs by ensuring ingredients are prepped and ready for service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation with hygiene and sanitation protocols
• Mentor and guide junior chefs and kitchen team members as needed
• Ensure workstation is organized, restocked and adheres to hygiene and safety standards
