Job summary

Crystalbrook Sam, part of Crystalbrook Collection, is opening a new, thoughtfully designed kitchen in a luxury hotel and seeking passionate Demi Chefs to join a pre-opening culinary team. You will work alongside experienced leaders to shape the kitchen culture from day one.

As a Demi Chef, you will prepare and present dishes, collaborate with the kitchen team, and contribute to smooth section operations while upholding food safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Passion for culinary excellence in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Recognised culinary qualifications with practical kitchen experience.
• Strong culinary foundations through training or experience.
