Job summary

AIA Australia is looking for a Technical Delivery Analyst to support delivery of strategic priorities within AIA Financial Services. You will translate strategy into action, develop delivery plans, and align communications with customer insights at the centre of decision-making and execution.

You will provide business analysis and technical support for Salesforce and related systems, contributing to solution design, configuration, testing and release activities, while ensuring messaging aligns

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Data Science, Mathematics or a related discipline.
• Experience in financial services, wealth management or insurance; knowledge of financial planning CRM systems; Salesforce certifications; VBA exposure.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain data, reporting and tracking frameworks for strategic initiatives.
• Develop actionable project plans and collateral for delivery of key priorities.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive execution and align delivery timelines.
• Embed Voice of the Customer insights into initiative design and delivery.
• Support customer retention, engagement and revenue growth by optimising journeys and value.
• Drive improvement and efficiency through Salesforce and related platforms; gather requirements and test releases.
• Leverage AI, automation and analytics tools (AgentForce, Salesforce) to generate insights and improve performance.
