AIA is seeking a Business Analyst (Strategic Delivery) to join our Retail Distribution Strategic Delivery team for a 12-month fixed term contract in Melbourne. You will identify business needs, analyse processes, document requirements and support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives that elevate customer outcomes and business performance.

Collaborating with business leaders, subject matter experts and technology teams, you will develop BRDs and process maps, support planning, testing

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement or similar roles.
• Ability to gather requirements and document clear business needs.
• Experience supporting project delivery from requirements through to implementation.
• Experience developing process maps and operational procedures.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Partner with stakeholders to understand challenges and requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and document business requirements.
• Analyze current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop BRD, process maps, gap analyses, business cases.
• Support planning, testing coordination, and implementation activities.
• Coordinate UAT, track issues and transition to operations.
