AIA Australia is seeking an Advice Manager to lead a geographically dispersed team of Financial Planners and Senior Financial Planners. You will drive high-quality personal advice, governance and compliance while shaping an efficient, scalable advice delivery model leveraging technology and AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in financial advice, wealth management or related field.
• Track record of coaching and developing Financial Planners to achieve outcomes.
• Deep understanding of Personal Advice delivery, AFSL governance and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Financial Planners and Senior Financial Planners to achieve revenue, productivity, customer satisfaction, quality and compliance objectives.
• Drive consistent execution of Personal Advice process and customer journey.
• Utilise performance data and insights to identify improvements and implement actions.
