Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking an organised Project Coordinator to join a busy project environment and provide essential coordination and delivery support across multiple initiatives in Sydney.

You'll work closely with Project Managers and internal teams to maintain plans, track milestones, and produce updates and presentations, ensuring risks are identified and addressed promptly in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Officer, PMO or similar role.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working across multiple projects or workstreams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Comfortable working with project plans, reporting and project documentation.
• Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and project management platforms.
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider project team.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Project Managers with the day-to-day coordination and delivery of projects
• Maintaining project plans, schedules, actions, RAID logs and key documentation
• Coordinating meetings, workshops and project communications
• Tracking milestones, deliverables, actions and dependencies
• Working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to keep activities on track
• Preparing project updates, reports and presentations
• Identifying risks, issues and dependencies and escalating where required
• Supporting project governance and ensuring project documentation is kept up to date
• Helping coordinate multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast-paced environment
