Job summary

M&T Resources in Sydney is hiring a Delivery Coordinator to support NSW, ACT & QLD regions in a dynamic IT recruitment team. You will focus on contractor onboarding, payroll, billing operations and event management.

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you will ensure timely administration, accurate contractor data, and client satisfaction while upholding best-in-class processes and collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• previous experience in a similar role within a recruitment agency environment.- highly desirable
• experience using JobAdder CRM, Payroll & Billing system, SAP Fieldglass, Beeline and WorkPro systems is advantageous.
• A proactive mindset with proven experience identifying and implementing operational process improvement relating to the client and contractor experience.
• excellent problem-solving abilities and commitment to service.
• advanced MS WORD & EXCEL skills,
• A natural attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• the timely processing of contract/project administration, contractor on-boarding, contractor timesheet management and provision of ongoing support.
• working closely with our broader business teams to coordinate timely and accurate contractor payroll and client invoicing.
• attending to any issues with clients as a matter of priority.
• collating sales and client reporting.
• event management and coordination of team, client and contractor events.
• ensuring policies and procedures are followed by conducting internal audits.

Highly varied sales enablement role supporting a high performing team in ICT Recruitment -contractor on-boarding & care, payroll & billing operational support and event management.
M&T Resources is hiring for an enthusiastic and driven Delivery Coordinator to join a National team with a primary focus to support our NSW, ACT & QLD regions. You will join a dynamic and fun team who are focused on success and celebrating it!
Reporting to the National Operations Manager and working closely with the NSW Regional Manager, you will play a vital role in M&T maintaining our best in class reputation and meeting our growth targets as a business.
