Job summary

Cachet Group in Sydney is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support its Project Delivery team. You will help keep multiple projects running smoothly from start to finish, working closely with Project Managers, designers and consultants.

The role covers planning, procurement, site coordination and administration, offering exposure to the full project lifecycle while maintaining Cachet’s high standards for quality, safety, and client experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in commercial fit-out project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and time management.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confidence working with multiple stakeholders.
• Professional, tactful and discreet approach.
• Ability to work independently within clear boundaries.
• Flexible, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, maintain project budgets and cost plans, prepare meeting minutes, manage documentation and provide administrative support to keep projects on track.
• Complete cost estimates and schedules of rates for tenders and RFPs, liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for quotes, assist with vendor negotiations and approvals.
• Maintain organized project filing, support EH&S documentation, attend site visits, and ensure documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to business development presentations and marketing materials while supporting the delivery team.
