Job summary

ABCDEFG in Sydney is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Project Services team on a permanent basis, responsible for supporting projects for some of our largest Australian clients.

You will set up project plans, plan schedules, allocate resources, manage delivery within time and budget, coordinate meetings with stakeholders and vendors, and provide regular reporting from planning tools. Strong communication and hands-on coordination across multiple projects are essential.

Qualifications

• Project management qualification or certification (Prince2, PMP or equivalent).
• Strong working experience with MS Projects and MS Excel.
• Hands-on experience as a Project Coordinator or similar, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up project plans for several projects and work with Project Managers.
• Plan and develop project schedules.
• Assist with allocation of project resources.
• Manage project delivery to ensure on time and within budget.
• Perform administration functions related to projects.
• Provide regular and ad hoc reporting from planning tool, tagging, and formatting projects.
• Coordinate meetings with stakeholders, vendors, and managers.
