Motion Recruitment in Sydney, Australia is seeking a highly organised Junior PMO to join a busy Digital team and provide day-to-day support across multiple projects. This role offers a great path to build PMO experience, learn from seasoned project managers, and gain exposure to a large digital project environment.

You’ll support PMs with admin tasks, update plans, coordinate meetings, and track milestones.

Qualifications

• Some experience in PMO, Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or similar role.
• Graduate or early-career candidate with strong admin/coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with day-to-day project administration.
• Update project plans, trackers, action logs and project documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, taking notes and following up on actions.
• Help prepare project reports, presentations and status updates.
• Track project milestones, actions and key deliverables.
• Maintain project folders and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Assist with RAID logs, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Support governance and reporting activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to keep actions moving.
