Job summary

Ampol Limited is seeking a Delivery Excellence Manager within Tech, Digital & Data to codify delivery standards and drive scalable capability across the organisation.

You will lead a team of practice leads, coach delivery teams, and partner with senior stakeholders to improve governance, planning, and artefact quality while upholding SAFe, Agile, and Wagile principles.

Hybrid work arrangement is supported, with flexible office time to connect and collaborate.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery governance and transformation at enterprise scale.
• Ability to define and embed what good looks like in delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain minimum delivery standards, templates, and ways of working across platforms.
• Coach and develop a team of practice leads in delivery, BA, and assurance.
• Drive quality reviews and continuous improvement of delivery artefacts.
• Identify gaps and drive improvements in delivery execution.
