Job summary

Ampol is looking for a Delivery Excellence Manager to own governance standards across Technology, Digital & Data. You will set expectations for planning, execution, governance and assurance and manage a team of practice leads across delivery, business analysis and capacity assurance.

You will drive uplift in delivery standards, coach teams, and build reusable frameworks to scale delivery and ensure audit-readiness of core artefacts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivery governance at enterprise scale.
• Hands-on coaching across delivery, BA and assurance disciplines.
• Strong understanding of SAFe, Agile, Scrum and Wagile.
• Ability to define and embed what good looks like.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery standards, templates, and ways of working across platforms.
• Lead and develop a team of practice leads in delivery and analysis.
• Elevate delivery capability through coaching and artefact reviews.
• Identify quality gaps and drive continuous improvement.
