Job summary

Ampol Limited is seeking a Delivery Lead to empower the Data Platforms team, combining end-to-end delivery leadership with a hands-on Scrum Master remit. You will align priorities with engineering, data and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable data capabilities.

You will master Snowflake and Databricks, manage backlogs and roadmaps, and drive reliable data solutions that power decision making across Ampol. This hybrid role offers competitive remuneration and career growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as Delivery Lead/Manager or Scrum Master.
• Experience with backlog management, estimation and continuous improvement.
• Advanced JIRA and Confluence skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning and retrospectives; coach team and stakeholders.
• Remove blockers and protect team focus; use delivery data.
• Translate roadmaps into delivery plans and manage releases and epics.
• Own RAID; coordinate dependencies across teams.
• Maintain JIRA/Confluence boards and dashboards; ensure traceability.
• Understand Snowflake and Databricks to inform trade-offs.
• Ensure platform scalability, reliability and data quality.
