Job summary

SKL Technology is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead a cross-functional team of Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Testers, aligning business and technical requirements to validated use cases and translating them into high-quality data solutions.

You will drive a roadmap of data assets and products to enable data-driven decisions and improved organizational performance, acting as a trusted delivery lead across Data & Analytics, business stakeholders and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data teams and delivering complex change programs with high-quality outcomes.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary data resources, including Technical BAs, Data Engineers and Data Analysts.
• Ability to develop detailed delivery plans covering the discovery, design, build and implementation of data products.
• Strong knowledge of delivery methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2 and/or PMBOK.
• Experience working across Agile and hybrid delivery models, including using JIRA to plan, track and measure delivery progress and team productivity.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and resolve delivery risks and issues.
• Experience using common project management tools such as Microsoft Project.

• Review business and technical designs to ensure solutions align with data governance, privacy, security, usability and quality standards.
• Coordinate design, integration and testing activities across CRM, data and integration platforms.

The Delivery Manager will lead a cross-functional team that may include Technical Business Analysts, Data Engineers, Data Analysts and Testers, ensuring business and technical requirements are aligned to validated business use cases and translated into high-quality data solutions.

This role will be central to delivering a roadmap of data assets and products that enable data-driven decision-making and improved organizational performance. You will act as a trusted delivery lead, working across Data & Analytics teams, business stakeholders and technical teams to resolve delivery issues, manage priorities and bring together business needs with practical data solutions.

Highly Desirable

• Experience with data management principles/DMBOK and the delivery of data and analytics products will be highly regarded.
• Hands-on exposure to SQL and/or Python, together with platforms such as AWS, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake or Databricks, would also be advantageous.
