Delivery Leader — Software Implementations

Job summary

White Bay is seeking an experienced delivery leader to manage a growing team of consultants across software implementations and professional services. The role focuses on improving delivery maturity, governance, utilisation and commercial performance without hands-on configuration.

You will lead approximately 15 specialists, coaching them through delivery challenges, orchestrating performance conversations and ensuring scalable delivery rhythms across complex projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading consultants, implementation or professional services teams.
• Proven ability to lead 10–20 people.
• Strong commercial delivery awareness including utilisation and forecasting.
• Coaching, performance management and capability uplift experience.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately 15 delivery specialists across customer-facing software implementations.
• Run regular one-to-ones, team check-ins and career development planning.
• Coach consultants through delivery challenges and customer issues.
• Create visibility on team health, workload, capacity and delivery risks.
• Improve delivery governance, reporting rhythms and repeatable ways of working.
• Build playbooks, onboarding material and delivery standards.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Product, Engineering and senior leaders to remove blockers and improve outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, time to value and consultant effectiveness.
