We're looking for a Delivery Capacity Manager to bring visibility and structure to how resourcing works across RAA's transformation portfolio. This is a newly shaped role at the heart of our Project Management Office. Resourcing practices across the portfolio are still developing, so you'll play a lead role in shaping how they work testing your approach against real programs and adjusting as you go. You’ll give program teams and leaders a clear, reliable view of who's working on what, where capacity is stretched, and where trade-offs need to happen — before they become delivery risks.
You’ll build the workforce planning and resourcing practices that underpin our transformation program, working closely with Technology, Business Unit leaders and People & Capability to keep resourcing decisions proactive and evidence-based rather than reactive.
