Zusammenfassung

Holyoake is seeking a Wellbeing and Inclusion Officer to help develop and promote diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives across our WA sites. You will support DEI frameworks, join the DEI committee, and drive wellbeing programs with a community-focused, non-profit ethos.

Reporting to the Executive General Manager People and Wellbeing, this permanent part-time role (22.5 hours/week) is based at Victoria Park head office with some travel to other sites.

Qualifikationen

• You hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or other relevant field.
• You have demonstrated experience leading or supporting the implementation of DEI programs and initiatives.
• You have excellent organisation and interpersonal skills.
• You have a strong understanding of culturally secure practice with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in community/outreach settings (regional or rural contexts desirable).
• You hold or can obtain a current National Police Clearance.
• You hold a valid Drivers Licence and access to a vehicle.

Aufgaben

• You assist with the development and implementation of frameworks and action plans in DEI, Wellbeing, and Reconciliation.
• You lead Holyoake’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee.
• You develop and promote wellbeing initiatives within Holyoake.
• You represent Holyoake at external events with a DEI lens.
• You provide updates to Holyoake leadership on trends and best practices in DEI.
• You form part of a growing, diverse team making a difference in the community.
