Responsibilities

• Provide intermediate level helpdesk and desktop support to all staff.
• Assist with HelpMaster ticket system and guideline-based call allocation.
• Rollout of desktop systems and software.
• Assist Systems Administrator with day-to-day tasks.
• Configure/troubleshoot networking equipment.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
