The Department of Defence seeks an APS 6 Workforce Planning Officer to support the Joint Aviation Systems Division's Executive Office and broader division. You will contribute to workforce planning, reporting, recruitment activities, position management, and workforce strategy initiatives.

Located in Canberra, you will work with a small, diverse team at Brindabella Business Park, delivering governance reports, coordinating honours and awards, and driving staff wellbeing programs while engaging

• Maintain and manage workforce planning systems across personnel categories.
• Support governance reporting with data analysis and presentation.

• Develop and implement a Division-wide Culture Program.
• Guide directorates on workforce processes and actions.
