Job summary

Bluefin Resources Pty is seeking a Workforce Planning & Systems Manager to own the Dayforce workforce management workspace and drive continuous improvement across our complex operations. You will ensure data integrity, optimize rostering and attendance, and partner with operations, People, Payroll and IT teams to deliver value.

In this permanent role, you will lead system changes, testing and pre-payroll data checks while building robust controls and documentation to support reliable workforce

Qualifications

• Experience managing workforce management systems, Dayforce or a comparable platform.
• Strong rostering, scheduling and time & attendance knowledge.
• Experience improving systems, controls and operational processes.
• Ability to analyse data, identify root causes and implement practical solutions.
• Confidence working across technical and operational stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain system configuration, workflows, access controls and documentation.
• Improve workforce data quality through validation, controls and exception management.

• Partner with Operations, People, Payroll, Finance and Technology teams to deliver improvements.

A leading organisation is seeking a Workforce Planning & Systems Manager to own the effectiveness and continuous improvement of its workforce management systems and processes. You will play a key role in optimising Dayforce, improving workforce data integrity, strengthening operational controls and enabling reliable workforce outcomes across a complex organisation.

Key responsibilities include:
