Job summary

NH Foods Australia is seeking a Workforce Coordinator to support the Dayforce implementation and coordinate workforce administration in our Oakey operations. You will work closely with Production, Payroll and HR to ensure accurate employee data, timesheets and rosters are maintained.

The role suits someone who enjoys systems, problem solving and building strong stakeholder relationships in a busy industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dayforce or other workforce management systems.
• Exposure to payroll rostering or workforce planning.
• Experience in large operational or industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and workforce data within Dayforce.
• Process and reconcile timesheets for payroll.
• Create and maintain workforce rosters.
• Liaise with supervisors, payroll and HR to resolve workforce administration matters.
• Assist with workforce reporting and data analysis.
• Support employee onboarding and workforce administration processes.
• Ensure workforce information remains accurate, compliant and up to date.
