Job summary

NH Foods Limited is seeking a Workforce Coordinator in Oakey to support Dayforce implementation and coordinate workforce administration. You will work with Production, Payroll and HR to ensure accurate employee data, timesheets, and rosters, while building strong relationships in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on data accuracy, system administration, and ongoing process improvements across a large operational setting.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and data entry skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Experience with Dayforce or other workforce management systems.
• Exposure to payroll, rostering or workforce planning.
• Experience working in a large operational or industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and workforce data within Dayforce.
• Process and reconcile timesheets for payroll.
• Create and maintain workforce rosters.
• Liaise with supervisors, payroll and HR to resolve workforce administration matters.
• Assist with workforce reporting and data analysis.
• Support employee onboarding and workforce administration processes.
• Ensure workforce information remains accurate, compliant and up to date.
