Job summary

XPT Software Australia is seeking a seasoned Dayforce Subject Matter Expert to lead Dayforce HCM operations onsite in Sydney. You will act as the functional expert, partnering with HR, Payroll, Learning, and IT to optimize HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

You will configure Dayforce modules (Payroll, WFM, Onboarding/Offboarding, Learning, ESS/MSS), support upgrades, ensure data integrity and audit readiness, and drive continuous improvement with stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Dayforce HCM experience.
• Deep understanding of payroll processing and employee data management.
• Experience supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SME for the Dayforce platform and HR processes.
• Support day-to-day operations, incident resolution, and user queries.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Learning & Development, and IT to implement solutions.
