Job summary

XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Dayforce Functional Consultant to lead Dayforce HCM configurations on a client site in Sydney. The role requires deep Dayforce expertise across Payroll, Workforce Management, Onboarding, Offboarding, Learning, and data management.

You will work directly with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to optimize HR processes across the employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will drive requirements workshops, deliver training, and ensure data

Qualifications

• Experience with Dayforce HCM and core modules (Payroll, HCM, Time & Leave).
• Ability to map business requirements to system configurations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven track record in large enterprises or clients with on-site delivery.
• Knowledge of Australian payroll and regulatory requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SME for Dayforce and HR processes for client projects.
• Support day-to-day operations, incidents, and user queries related to Dayforce.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Learning, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Configure and maintain Dayforce modules including Payroll, WFM, Onboarding, Offboarding, ESS/MSS.
