Job summary

Agrifutures is seeking a Dayforce Technical Consultant to lead payroll, WFM and HCM transformation initiatives across client environments in Australia. You will partner with clients and stakeholders to refine processes, ensure compliance and drive operational efficiencies while delivering high-quality outcomes.

You will facilitate workshops, design practical WFM and payroll solutions, and oversee end-to-end delivery from discovery through post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in workforce management, time & attendance, or payroll operations.
• Experience configuring or implementing WFM platforms such as Dayforce, or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of modern awards, EBAs, and Australia and New Zealand pay conditions.
• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end system delivery, from discovery to post-go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end WFM, Payroll & HCM implementations, upgrades and transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder consultations to identify business needs and translate requirements into solutions.
• Review and optimise rostering, scheduling, time & attendance, payroll and workforce processes.
• Provide functional expertise throughout configuration and solution development.
• Develop and execute test scenarios, functional testing and UAT ahead of deployment.
• Conduct data validation, payroll reconciliation and parallel-pay analysis to confirm data integrity.
• Provide guidance on payroll and workforce practices in line with legislation and governance.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors and project teams to manage dependencies and deliver outcomes.
• Deliver training, knowledge transfer and go-live support.
