Qualifications

• Experience with Dayforce HCM and core modules (Payroll, HCM, Time & Leave).

Job Description

Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced Dayforce SubjectMatter Expert (SME) to support and enhance Dayforce Human CapitalManagement (HCM) operations. The successful candidate will act as the primaryfunctional expert for Dayforce, partnering with HR, Payroll, Learning, andBusiness stakeholders to ensure efficient operation, continuous improvement,and optimization of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

This is a client-facing onsite role requiring strong functionalexpertise in Dayforce modules including Payroll, Workforce Management,Onboarding, Offboarding, Learning, Employee Data Management, and HR ServiceDelivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SME for the Dayforce platform and associatedHR processes.
  
• Support day-to-day operations, incident resolution, and userqueries related to Dayforce.
