Job summary

The Living Company is seeking a Business Systems Lead – Enterprise Applications to consolidate HR, payroll and workforce management onto Dayforce. You will lead design, data migration, testing and training with partners and internal teams. Post-launch, drive stability, automation and roadmap across TLC’s people platforms.

Bring 5+ years configuring HR/payroll systems, strong analysis and stakeholder skills, and hands-on project delivery experience. This role is based in Sydney CBD, on-site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring HR/payroll/workforce platforms (Dayforce or similar).
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle HR/payroll processes.
• Ability to translate requirements from non-technical stakeholders into clear outcomes.
• Experience delivering tech projects with implementation partners.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Dayforce across the full project lifecycle (design, data migration, testing, training).
• Lead consolidation of HR, payroll and workforce management onto a single platform.
• Govern data security, user access design and change control throughout the project.
• Own ongoing platform health, configuration, and roadmap post-implementation.
• Partner with HR leaders to simplify and automate processes across the lifecycle.
• Manage relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery.
