Cirql in Melbourne is seeking a Dayforce System Lead with a strong payroll background to own the platform through a major rollout and ongoing optimisation. You will report to leadership in Melbourne, guide governance, and ensure accurate pay runs across a dispersed workforce.

In this highly visible role, you will lead system configuration, testing, and end-user training, bridging HRIS capability with live payroll operations while engaging senior stakeholders for sustained operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Australian payroll operations experience including multi-site Award interpretation and retro calculations.
• Hands-on Dayforce configuration, testing, and optimisation across Payroll, Core HR, and Time & Attendance.
• Strong ability to lead regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and data integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own regression and UAT testing frameworks for Dayforce across Payroll, Core HR and Time & Attendance.
• Serve as system governance lead for Dayforce configuration and ensure compliance with Modern Award interpretations.
• Oversee vendor interfaces and internal IT data flows to support a seamless rollout.
• Coordinate with senior stakeholders to align post-go-live processes and support continuous optimization.
